What happens after the consultation?
If your clinician feels a scan is clinically appropriate and suitable for you, you'll receive an email containing a link to book your scan. You'll have plenty of time to decide - the link is valid for 12 months.
Your clinician might conclude that a scan isn't clinically appropriate for your individual needs. In this case, your clinician will recommend alternative care routes during your call.

What happens if I miss my consultation?
Your clinician will call you within two working days of booking to provide your consultation. Our clinical team work 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday, and may call from a withheld number, so we kindly ask you to answer unknown callers within this time to prevent delays to your consultation.
If they can't reach you, they'll try again later and send you a message, which you can reply to with any further details about your upcoming availability.
