My experience at the Cambridge diagnostic centre was excellent from the friendliness and competence of the receptionist to the person who did the ultrasound. Every step of the scan was explained to me as it was happening including the findings. The scan and report were then available to me within a few days. Throughout I was listened to and treated with respect. I did find that the on line booking system was a little confusing as I was given the opportunity to choose a date and time but, following telephone assessments I was given a different appointment. Fortunately this was still convenient for me.
