Quick and efficient, staff really helpful

I booked the scan on Wednesday to take place on the Friday 2 days later. I booked it for 5:00. After reading a few reviews about how the scan didn't always take place on the day you booked I rang up and explained why I wanted a friday afternoon and I was told they would pass this on. I then got a call to say the scan would happen on the Friday but could I do 4:00. When I arrived it was in a mobile unit and I had to wait outside in my car as they were running a bit late. It started to pour down but because it was extremely hot in the car I then waited by the side of the building trying to keep out of the rain. The scan was short but I was told I had moved ( I have nerve pain which makes lying flat difficult)and they would need to start again but it was still a short scan. The report then came through on the Tuesday so very fast and very efficient. They have said it would be advisable to speak to a specialist due to 1 finding but I am speaking to my GP first for advice as an extra £250 is quite a lot, though I may still go ahead with it. So very fast from starting to book to getting the results. Only negatives being the only toilets being in the main building not in the mobile van, steep steps up to the door and having to wait in my car otherwise it would be 5 out of 5.

Excellent service pre-scan. Responsive, well organised with access to professional clinicians. Responded well to all enquiries. Scan lab, clean and staff efficient. Loud music during scan was disturbing and annoying.
