From the first phone call I had to the last, with an MRI scan in between, the level of service was great. All staff members friendly as well as professional and the whole experience was a pleasant one. Receiving the results over a phone call, and in an interactive message was great and they were easy to read and anything I wasn’t sure about I was able to press on the highlighted word which gave you easy to understand explanations. The total cost was great also, with everything included in it. I would definitely use this company again if I needed an MRI in the future

Great service

Great service, easy to use. Booked a MRI and got an appointment within 5 days locally. Had the MRI late afternoon and the next morning was called with the results which were explained to me in way that I understood. Images were then passed on with my permission to my consultant.

Everything was clear,on time and straightforward.The staff were excellent and helped enormously. The equipment appeared up to date and quite quiet. Results were quick and accurate, just what I needed.

Simple process would recommend booked in within a week better value than local scans wish I'd spent the money months ago rather than waiting and spending money on phiso. etc while my shoulder was torn in 3 places
