Website easy to use and follow. Questionnaire long but comprehensive. Response from a clinician by phone within 24hours to clarify a couple of points and then immediate referral to my preferred facility who called me within 2 working days to arrange a suitable date for my scan. Following my scan I received a phone call within 24hours from the clinician who gave me a verbal report. I also received by email the consultants report and an easy to read report which was excellent and extremely helpful. Overall a very slick and professional experience. I would highly recommend.
