The booking system is easy to use but you don't get the appointment you have booked or the location. I booked a time and a venue and it took a week for the company to contact me with the scan date and venue. I emailed several times and always got an answer saying the scan people will be in contact soon. I started to feel like it was a scam. Once I got an appointment for the MRI it all went well and got a very good report. They need to look at their booking process as it is flawed. The staff in the scan unit were fantastic and the person who called after was also great.

Booked for a clinic then got a call a couple of days later saying they don’t do them there on that day, so could I travel to a place quite a lot further away, thankfully I had transport available, apart from that, was a positive experience, although the staff could have said how long the scans were likely to take. Was very dizzy after and one asked me if I thought i might have fibromyalgia, which I could have done without to be honest. The Dr who called with results was very pleasant and to the point, reassured for some results and asked relevant questions regarding others.

All went remarkably smoothly . I was scanned 2 days after booking via a cancellation. The dates they offer you from the initial booking are meaningless and the actual availability will be after they contact you
