Nice bright and airy modern premises, everyone was so friendly and polite, especially Andy the radiographer who put me at ease and made double sure I was comfortable without rushing and explained the procedure in a friendly professional way. I got the impression that he really enjoyed his work. Having the MRI scan was no problem at all. Also there was ample free parking for patients. 10/10 to everyone involved.

The speed at which the MRI was arranged and reported the same day was incredible. I was very impressed. The facilities are very high tech clean spacious and comfortable. The staff incredibly polite friendly and made you feel totally at ease. The lady who performed my MRI scan (i wish i took her name) a special thanks to you. I initially felt like i was going into a panic going into the scanner but she was so friendly and reassuring. I would highly recommend LivingCare to anyone.

Didn't know this medical centre existed. A welcome addition to our other local hospitals...brilliant experience..warm friendly welcome..registered my car on arrival...plenty of parking at the rear of the building. Appointment was on time.....MRI scan.I was put at ease..nothing to worry about..
