Excellent to compare places to book. However, because the booking wasn't direct with the company, I got told that the time I booked for my scan was no longer available (and only got told this the night before) and I had to rearrange which was a significant inconvenience. Not the fault of the company, however it is a flaw in the system. Hence the 3 stars

I had MRI scans for both hips and knees at Lyfe Health in Bournemouth. The appointments were arranged very quickly and completed in an open MRI machine. The Lyfe Health MRI staff were very friendly and competent. 3 of the 4 scans were reported within 7 days by Scan.com UK but the last one was delayed. I opted for the consultation by Mark who led me through the results by telephone. This was helpful to understand the medical radiologists reports.
