Friendly staff. Scan report arrived in good time but it didn’t mention tha actual question that was initially posed so I’m left wondering if it was actually considered or overlooked

Everything about this experience was good. The site in Bristol was clean and friendly and staff were all polite and efficient. I left the appointment with a cd of results and someone from London phoned a couple of days later to explain my results, also supported by an email with results and an excellent simplification

I was pleased with the timing of making an appointment and having the scan done. Very fast. The staff were friendly and I was grateful for everything being explained to me as we went along. I was nervous but the member of staff using the machine was very caring. Thanks.
