I wanted a scan for an issue that was going to take weeks if not months to get looked at by the NHS. The scan was fine and the staff helpful. The booking system wasn't great though. Having selected the time and date that suited me, the actual hospital got in touch to ask me when I'd like to attend! The earliest they could do was 2 days later than my original selection - not the end of the world but not very clever.
