The booking process was easy and appointments plentiful. The scanner and room at the Horder Centre are older and appear quite run down for a private facility . The person collecting me from the waiting area was not wearing a badge and did not identify himself . The scan was on time and I was called within a few hours with the results . I payed the extra for a follow up consultation which manifested as someone reading me the report I received by email . However I got the answers I needed quickly when the NHS would not offer me a scan. Therefore , for me , money well spent.
