Staff explained the procedure prior to the scan to my satisfaction, and everthing went ahead without any problems. I have left side weakness and managed to climb up the entrance stairs but when I left the outside lift was used which was very convenient .

110% .. fabulous support team :-). Would highly recommend this company .. no fuse straight forward .. got an appointment within 48 .. hours .. of seeking appointment.. results back 24 hours , how good is that :-)
