The whole process went very smoothly and the scan.com clinician was very professional and helpful. There was a bit of a wait for my chosen site to confirm my appointment and it ended up being a bit later in the day than I selected initially but otherwise fine. I would advise anyone to pay a bit extra to have the scan.com clinician telephone you when the scan results are available. They will explain the results and advise your next steps and this was invaluable to me.

Scan.com are very efficient, contacting me to discuss my needs the same day I submitted my request. I waited just over a week for my MRI scan which they chased up because of a forthcoming holiday. At each stage I was kept informed via email. I received my follow up consultation within 2 days of my scan, with MRI report clearly explained. Access to the written report via customer portal enabled me to email a copy to my Osteopath. Excellent service.
