No problem with the scans, carried out efficiently with friendly competent staff. I am not particularly computer literate and found downloading the scans and reports somewhat difficult. I have emailed them to my healthcare people but do not yet know if they have been received in a usable form; time will tell. It is a little worrying to know that I only had 72 hours to download them; does this mean that if they haven’t arrived with my physio and orthopaedic people they are gone forever?
