Fantastic service, overall. I cannot fault the Doctor assigned to my case - he was helpful, personable, professional and caring. The only downside was a 7 day wait for results. If this could be less of a wait, it would be more reassuring.

Booked Friday 4pm Dr contacted me under 3 hours later for consultation Monday morning contacted by Scan.com clinical staff member advising I was able choose unit and date. First date available online was ten days later so booked that. Tuesday morning, chosen unit called and offered appointment for next afternoon. So MRI scan completed 5 days, including weekend, after first contact with Scan.com Scan results received 7 days later. All communication with Scan.com acknowledged and replied to quickly.
