The process is simple but the form doesnt allow you to determine which specific type of MRI you need. Most people wont know that there are different types of MRI (ie different wave sequences etc) which identify particular injuries. We ended up with a generic MRI and it wasnt able to do teh job we need to confirm the suspected diagnosis so in effect was a waste of (a lot of) money
