Scan.com responded quickly and were prompt at responding to emails . The results of my scan came through quickly and were easy to read and understand . I was disappointed that my chosen scanning centre did not contact me for 7 working days to arrange the scan as if you are paying for a private scan you would expect a quicker appointment or at least to receive contact
