Very easy to book. A representative rang the following day to talk through my problems. The scanning centre rang an hour later to confirm the appointment. The scanning centre experience was great and the representative rang 4 hours later with the results. The report was promptly emailed to me. The only problem was the scans can’t be viewed on apple devices so I can’t see them.
