Welcome to Taunton Diagnostic Centre. Opened in September 2021, Alliance Medical began running this modern centre in November 2022, in partnership with Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. Serving patients across the county, Taunton Diagnostic Centre's location away from the busy hospital makes it more accessible and convenient for referrers and their patients. Offering a range of diagnostic imaging, the centre allows us to provide high-quality, safe scans quickly, significantly reducing patient waiting times.

Excellent communication about scan appointment and very prompt results. Experience on a Friday evening at 7.30 left me a little unhappy - response from staff was distant and left me feeling rather lost and insignificant.
