From my first contact the experience was excellent. My scan was on a Friday evening of a bank holiday and I had my results by 3pm on the Monday. The results we explained to me in an easy to understand way and I was given some good unbiased advice on my next steps to recovery. The staff at the centre that performed my scan were very nice and everything went well. All in all very efficient.

poor start due to winchester clinic cancelling the appointment. eventually sorted out due to Simon Thirgood. all in all satisfied with end result and would use Scan.com again

day and time we wanted was first told ok then it was not also told we wanted a open scan machine there was one when arrived at place there was not one as I suffer from closed places it took me a time to get over my fear beside all that every thing went well I would use them again

Honestly, it was such a fast service. I’m running the marathon in Valencia and I needed a quick result to see what shape my knee was in. I was able to get an MRI within a week and with enough information to know that my knee was ok to run with. Given the relatively low cost, it felt like a bargain. From start to finish, easy to use.

From making the first call to recieving my scans and report everything was easy , the process was clear and was completed in a very timely manner. Scan wednesday evening report with me Monday morning.

Quick response to arrange a self referred scan which was dealt with very efficiently at the diagnostic centre. The results came through VERY QUICKLY - first by phone and immediately followed by email with full detailed results.

First time using Scan.com and honestly, so highly impressed with everything. From the user friendly online booking to their customer service, and everything in-between. I received the clinician call at the weekend and the report the same day. Highly impressed and have already recommended to a friend. My only grumble, is that I didn’t use them sooner. To have a diagnosis and be able to get targeted treatment now, is worth every penny. Thank you.

Excellent service. It was easy to get an appointment and I didn’t have to wait long. Was contacted right away by my consultant were my issue was discussed to make sure I’m booking the correct scan. On the day of the scan the staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was explained and each person I saw made sure I understood everything was comfortable and happy to continue. My report was sent promptly a week later. Once again my consultant phoned to explain the report to me and answered all my questions. Really very happy

Scan.com is ok as long as everything goes to plan. In my case there was an error on their part with the booking of a second scan. It took a fairly considerable fight to recover the extra cost this error caused me. The staff on the calls were great, but management further up the line were not.

Phoned on Monday seen on Saturday, results and phone consultation Tuesday I know this is private but 8 days !!! I’m on a six month NHS waiting list to get this far, and this is only half the NHS journey

Mri test was a bit daunting not knowing what was going to happen but the staff were lovely and explained in detail what was going to happen and overall was a good experience and I was put at ease.. Definitely would go back there again to have another test if needed.

I booked the MRI at Taunton Diagnostic Centre through Scan.com. Had to wait about to a week for the scan from the time of booking. The centre itself was easy to reach from Junction 25 on M5 and was in a purpose built centre. It was bright and welcoming, clean and looked well organised. The staff were all excellent ( apart from a male nurse who was a bit abrupt) but all the other staff were delightful. I was concerned I might be cold and they gave me a blanket for the scan which made me feel more cocooned and comfortable. You can’t hear the music through the headphones, it’s all too noisy, but all well explained beforehand by the staff. The results came through within two days and i had a call from Scan.com to explain what they’d found. I could then share the results with my consultant at the Nuffield. It was so much cheaper than the Nuffield for the scan itself and I would highly recommend it. Excellent experience.

I went for a scan at the Taunton site. The scan was quick and easy. I was very nervous but the staff were very kind and welcoming. Very understanding, particularly when I was lying down ready for the scan. They kept checking if I was ok and if I was comfortable. The results came back within 2 days and have really set my mind at ease. I’m so glad I went!

All worked very smoothly. The appointment for an MRI occurred very quickly and the cost was very reasonable and the facilities and staff at the Diagnostic Centre were great.

This seems to be fairly pointless as in my case 24hours before the preferred appointment it had not been confirmed by the centre, and when it was finally after a few chasing phone calls it was scheduled another day than planned. I spent a fair bit of time uploading a summary of my medical notes as requested to help the doctor with his pre consultation but when he called they had not been provided to him. I did mention that I wasn't very happy with this (although I don't believe it was the doctor's fault- he hadn't been given them). I did subsequently learn that he did obtain the notes, but after the consultation. The appointment went well and the Alliance Health Centre were very good. I quickly got a follow up post consultation to go over the report. The report and images were made available to me quickly in an easy to understand format which I have been able to efficiently pass to my GP for placing in my records. I had to chase admin again because one of the image sets was not initially available but it was quickly dealt with. So overall pretty good, but some creases to iron out

We found the costs not to be out of our reach even though I had to have 2 scans. The price included the phone consultation as well as the scans which isn't always advised when searching for a private service.

I ma de a booking on 16.5.24, was duly contacted by a clinician to discuss my condition, and scan .com arranged for my MRI at Taunton Diagnostic Centre, which took place on 25.5.24. I received the test report on 27.5.24. An efficient service by all concerned!

How else would you get all the information you need in order to get a scan, of whatever type, without endless phone calls to recorded messages with multiple options? Payment was easy and secure and phone calls from Scan.com were timely and informative. The computer skills needed post-scanning, and the paranoia around data protection made getting the images to the consultant a bit of a challenge, possibly the hospital fault rather than Scan.com, but hey ho, all good in the end.
