Staff very polite and pleasant. Staff listened actively at all times and explained everything in language which was easy to understand. I can honestly say I would recommend the staff to all.

I am really disappointed with Scan.com UK for the lack of care and diligence the showed in my case. I completed the appointment booking on April 14th, and it was only on April 22nd that I received a call asking for some details which I provided. The person who called assured me that it was okay to have the MRI on April 23rd. However, to my surprise, when I got to the place to have the MRI, they said that no appointment had been confirmed so I couldn't have the MRI done which I was expecting to have due to the bad condition and pain I was experiencing in my hip. It's worth mentioning that I pointed out that I went to London from Portsmouth to have the MRI done, so in other words, I wasted my time, my money and even worst, the possibility to have the results when expected to continue to identify the issue. After that unpleasant and frustrating incident, and after my complaint, I managed to get the MRI done 2 days later.
