I initially had a frustrating experience because I was told I could not access my own MRI images, which was very disappointing and caused unnecessary stress. However, after contacting the clinic again, they helped me and I was able to access and download my MRI images. I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved. I hope the process can be made clearer for future patients so they know how to access their own medical records without confusion. Thank you.
