I was kept informed along the whole of my journey and was reassured by the people at Scan.com. The scan itself went smoothly and I was contacted the following day by the consultant who explained the results in a language I understood. The only downside was that I was quoted a price which was below the price actually charged. Maybe technical people should not be involved in the quotation process? Overall a great experience and I would recommend Scan.com to my friends and family.

Great service. Got my appointment so quickly and the results 3 days later. The consultant was so understanding and knowledgable. Should have got a private MRI months ago to save the worrying!
