Great service and very efficient system , so glad this was an option for me.

It was efficient and easy however I have a couple of minor issues one the answering service needs to improve in wait times secondly the operators need to have a better understanding of clients programme I was asked twice if I had paid ! My last point is access to images could it be possible to send a picture file with a report so that the client can go to there gp right away
